SINGAPORE, Oct. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- eCloudvalley (ECV), an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Tier Services Partner, today announced the renewal of its multi-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with AWS. This marks the second SCA between the two companies, following the first agreement signed in 2023. As ECV drives growth across four key pillars, AI & ML, Cloud Migration, Managed Services, and Security, Enterprise AI serves as the center of the engine.

(From left to right) Jason Tam, Deputy CEO of eCloudvalley; Linda Lin, CEO of eCloudvalley; Kirsten Gilbertson, Head of ASEAN Partner Development at AWS; and Pravar Gautam, Leader of Partner Core at AWS, sign the Strategic Collaboration Agreement.
The collaboration showcases the next era of ECV's entire group from a traditional cloud services-led business into a product-driven company. ECV has packaged its deep domain expertise from thousands of cloud prototype buildouts and deployments into standardized, scalable enterprise AI. Supported by AWS across technical enablement, solution co-building, proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, and go-to-market (GTM) programs, ECV is smartly replicating the verified success pattern from its headquarters in Taiwan to ASEAN and ANZ.
Building upon its AWS AI Competency, ECV recently took a major leap in its transformation goal by launching a full-lifecycle AI product suite. At the application layer, ECV's MAIAH (Multi-AI Agent Hub) provides an enterprise AI Agent platform that brings together multi-agent capabilities, enterprise knowledge management, RAG and AI-powered applications, enabling organizations to embed AI into key decision processes. Moving up to the governance layer, EAG (ECV AI Governance) platform provides centralized governance for AI Agents, Models, Data and access permissions, ensuring step-by-step execution while mitigating operational risks and controlling costs. Extending AI from the cloud to the physical edge, NeoEdge Matrix provides the foundational data source, while NeoEdge Central brings edge computing and on-premises deployment into IT/OT and industrial environments.
To ensure cost-effective and secure operations, ECV integrates its Managed Services, Security and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols into AI Agent workflows, giving customers the flexibility to enable them on demand. Named the 2024 AWS Global MSP Partner of the Year, ECV continues to enhance its managed services and Security business offering through Atlas 2.0—a next-generation cloud management platform unifying 24/7 monitoring, DevSecOps-as-a-Service, and cost optimization. Atlas 2.0 acts as an indispensable role throughout stages of customer's cloud transformation journey, serving as a solid cornerstone as ECV advances toward AI-Led managed services.
Corresponding to market trend and mature cloud capabilities, ECV will continue to work closely with AWS to empower small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and enterprises across industries including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, and the Public Sector.
Linda Lin, Chief Executive Officer of eCloudvalley, shared "Our first agreement in 2023 with AWS helped us horizontally expand our regional footprint. ECV has grown its AWS business significantly by increasing its customer base and establishing a presence into Australia. The next phase is about vertical depth through productization, taking a deep dive into AI business to better serve customers with verified methodologies that can be deployed effortlessly."
Jason Tam, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of eCloudvalley, added "To head toward a sustainable future, partners must offer value that retains customer beyond distribution and discounts. This SCA shows what ECV represents and what ECV is heading towards. As ECV repositions itself into a product-driven technology partner with AWS, we are returning to 'Day 1' mindset—investing in AI-led platforms and business model. Building distinct value on top of AWS technology, ECV empowers customers while creating an ecosystem where AWS, ECV, and our customers win together."
Kirsten Gilbertson, Head of ASEAN Partner Development at AWS, said, "We've seen ECV help customers across ASEAN tackle real cloud and AI challenges, and this renewed collaboration reflects the momentum and results they're driving. Our focus is making enterprise AI practical and accessible, so customers can move from experimentation to production faster. What matters is that customers across the region are solving real business problems faster, and partnerships like this one help make that happen."
