As smart manufacturing & automation technologies continues to develop, IPLUSMOBOT, with the support of its Japanese system integrator partners, has successfully launched various series autonomous mobile robot solutions in Japanese market, creating intelligent logistics applications for different industries and scenarios. This has helped customers achieve unmanned handling and addressed the problem of insufficient labor force for heavy object handling and transportation.

At this exhibition, IPLUSMOBOT brought its EMMA and FOLA product series. The EMMA 400L features a compact body design with a 400 kg payload capacity, capable of navigating through narrow passages as small as 70 cm. By equipping different tools such as collaborative arms, rollers, and customized top modules, it can easily accomplish automated transfer and loading/unloading of various materials, finished products, and semi-finished products between different production processes.

The FOLA QN1416 reaching truck unmanned forklift has a rated load capacity of 1400 kg and a lifting height of 1600 mm, making it apply to the automatic loading/ unloading, inbound/outbound and transportation of various types of pallets in warehouses. Its wide range of applications is made possible by its laser SLAM, vision, and IMU-based navigation technology, allowing the QN1416 to operate in rainy weather and seamlessly switch between indoor and outdoor environments while maintaining high efficiency. Additionally, its 360° directional moving design further adapts to the flexible operation needs of narrow aisles.

In the future, IPLUSMOBOT will continue to establish its presence in the Japanese market, working closely with its automation system integrator partners to provide local users with stable, reliable smart manufacturing logistics solutions and services, and creating higher comprehensive values for clients.
